Enrollment Conditions and Disclaimer:
1. Our priority is to protect the students, staff, and faculty by providing ethics and safety standards to our students.
2. Lectures, classroom textbooks, supervised clinical rotations, class presentations, exams, chat rooms discussions, blogs, and bulletin boards are offered in the English language only.
3. The student needs to meet the admissions requirements stated in the catalog and our websites.
4. The student is responsible for reading the University catalog posted on our website http://www.ucea-online.net
5. The student agrees to abide by the College of Nursing Academic Admissions Procedures, Policies, stated in our catalog and websites http://www.ucea.edu.pa and http://www.ucea-online.net
6. The student needs to abide by the code of ethics stated in the University catalog. We reserve the right to revise the catalog at any time. Profanity, aggressive and threats will be reported to the local authority. All email messages receive become part of the University Central of Ashdod and Hebrew University.
7. The required student’s age is 18 years old or in order.
8. Authenticity: a student needs to submit original transcripts and documents from the high school, college, or university that he/she has attended. This is a required process to be admitted to the institution. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of your documents. It needs to be evaluated by an Evaluation Agency.
9. We are a non—for-profit and non-publicly funded Jewish Faith-Based university. We are not binding upon regulations of any agency, institution, licensing board organization, regionally accrediting body, nor the U.S. Department of Education. Our programs are accepted by the Boards of Nursing in California, Florida, and Illinois.
10. RN/BSN student: verification of criminal background may be required before and during the enrollment period. Law Enforcement Agencies, Clinical facilities, and Nursing Boards will verify criminal background before they extend a clinical offer and seat for the NCLEX-RN. Illegal substances users are not accepted into the program(s).
11. Liberal Arts and General Education courses may be online or hybrid. The online component is by the Blackboard Learn Platform. Forums and chats are part of the curriculum.
12. The institution is governed by the laws of the Jewish State of Israel and the University of Panama.
13. The student must meet all financial obligations to the institution before receiving an academic transcript and diploma.
14. The Enrollment Application is not subject to alterations without the consent of both parties.
15. Each class that needs to be paid in advanced by online payment or bank deposit are the methods of payment. Books, uniforms and other related expenses are responsible for the student.
16. A Nurse student may be asked to become a patient for demonstrations on nursing assessments, including nursing intervention procedures, gynecological studies, and obstetric examination procedures. Professional and ethics are required at all times. The instructor may ask the student to act as a patient for class demonstrations in the lab skills class.
17. I release the institution and our cohort coordinators, academic advisors, or education consultants, representatives from any liabilities including any legal action whatsoever resulting from administrative policies, academics, and advisement, an adverse decision from another entity, and supervised clinical rotations.

19. Refund Policy:
a. Should a student be terminated or canceled for any reason, all refunds will be made accordingly to our refund policy. The student has the right to cancel during the drop/add period of each semester. The drop/add period is the first week of class.
b. All monies paid by the applicant will be refunded within five business days if cancellation takes place within three business days after signing this Enrollment Application.
